I have been thinking about getting a gravel bike since my 10 year old mountain bike is no longer suited to the kind of riding I prefer now at age 64. A couple of visits to Gnarly B's sealed the deal!! I love my new Marin Fairfax and love the enthusiasm of the owner, Conner, and his staff. There was no pressure and they clearly wanted me to get the bike that suited me. These guys love bikes!! It's an added bonus that they are in my neighborhood.

I was out on a ride and had my left cleat come loose. I saw Gnarly Cycle and thought, “maybe I could get a little help here.” Sure enough they brought me the tools needed to fix them, and charged nothing, Better yet, I can tell they are true bicycle lovers. It didn’t hurt that one of them complimented me on my Minnesota Gopher cycling jersey and shared a little conversation from my home state.

I rented a bike for the weekend while visiting Colorado Springs. Everyone in the shop was amazing to deal with and the bike was awesome.

I ended up not buying a bike here because I didn't have the money, but these guys were so awesome, explaining every little detail and treating me as if I was a million dollar customer.

Phenomenal expertise and excellent service in every way. I can't wait to come back here again and again.
